Volunteer Opportunities
The Community Performing Arts Center Foundation operates almost entirely through a dedicated group of volunteers -
community residents who understand and appreciate the need for the Community
Performing Arts and Learning Center in the valley, and who are willing
to support the Foundation with their time and talents. Listed below are some of
the ways in which you might choose to be of assistance.

Fundraising - Providing contact with potential contributors, accompanying
fundraiser on meeting with potential contributors, hosting informational
reception or meeting for potential contributors, etc...
- Research writing - Gathering data and writing related support. information for
use in fund raising campaign.
- Computer tasks - Assisting with word processing, data-base management, layout,
web site, technical issues, etc.
- Grant writing - Writing inquires and proposals for grant funding.
- Secretarial support - taking minutes, correspondence
- Communications - Assisting in mailing, telephoning and other communication
efforts.
- Hospitality - Assisting with the organizational and hospitality aspects of
Foundation events.
