Board Members of the Foundation:

The Board of Directors for the Foundation sets the policy for the organization.  The Executive Director is responsible for administrating the day-to-day operations.

The Directors meet monthly (1st Wednesday of the month – 3:00 PM) to discuss planning and set policy for the Arts Center. In addition, subcommittees meet monthly to discuss and plan within their areas of expertise. The board meetings are open to the public.
