Admission is free (ticket required for entry) Help us celebrate the beginning of the 2017-2018 CPAC season! A wine and cheese reception will take place in the theater lobby at 4:00pm followed by a sneak preview of Shoestring Theater’s upcoming season and an overview of the 2017-2018 CPAC schedule. Tickets are available through the CPAC office.

Admission is free (ticket required for entry) Named after Jazz musician and former soldier, Julian "Cannonball” Adderly, Cannonball Combo is the jazz team for the MI Corps Band stationed at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. In addition to traditional jazz, this ensemble creates its own arrangements of current hits from all genres. Cannonball Combo performs con- certs in a variety of venues from schools and festivals to military balls and receptions.

Tickets: $15 in advance - $20 at door Ms. Stevie Woods has performed jazz internationally for the last eight years. Ms. Woods has performed in China, Korea, Oman, in Dubai at the Madinat Jumeriah Resort and in the Philippines, where she had the opportunity to sing with the Beyonce band. A big influence in Ms. Wood’s music has been her mother, who listened to great jazz singers like Sarah Vaughn, Dinah Washing- ton, Bessie Smith, and Nina Simone. Ms. Woods has put together her own entertainment agency, ALL THAT JAZZ 4 YOU PRO- DUCTIONS. Her current projects include working on her own recording studio and label. Ms. Woods has opened for Michael Bolton, Alex Bounghon and Freddie Jackson and her repertoire of music spans from jazz to blues, contemporary, gospel, latin, reggae, light rock, country, motown and old school funk. Cur- rently she can be seen singing at Weston La Paloma resort. Ms. Woods will be accompanied by a jazz combo and will perform many of Billie Holiday’s hits in addition to some lesser known material.

Dolan Ellis returns to CPAC celebrating 50 years as, “Arizona’s Official Balladeer,” and his fans say that “he only gets better and better with each passing year.” Recognized by Phoenix Magazine, as one of “Arizona’s Top 25 Influential Arizona Musicians”, Dolan Ellis has penned hundreds of ballads about Arizona. His music has been inspired by his personal experiences while traveling Arizona’s rugged backcountry in his specially equipped Jeeps, and meeting and talking with its old timers and unique people. He is also an accomplished photographer and incorporates his images into his shows.

* OKTOBERFEST AT CPACOKTOBERFEST AT CPAC

Time: 5:00 pm

Tickets: $25 in advance/$30 at door ($190 for a table of 8) Celebrate Oktoberfest in an outstanding outdoor setting with the Bavarian Brass Band. The ensemble was started in 1996 by founding director, Earl Harrison, and has been entertaining audi- ences ever since with energetic polkas, marches, folksongs and waltzes. The band is currently directed by Lance Hoopes and features the yodeling talents of Tamara Kahrimanis. Ticket price includes full German themed meal and two drink tickets to be redeemed for authentic German beer and wine or various non- alcoholic beverages.
